Amnuayporn Laddakornbhand handles the entire trademark registration process for clients in Thailand, as well as overseas. She also manages and assists with other procedures related to trademark prosecution, which includes reviewing all the filing particulars of trademarks, trademark assignments, and licence registrability, providing advice on the registrability of marks and/or the specification of goods; and preparing trademark search reports. She regularly coordinates and cooperates with foreign agents on transnational trademark registrations.

Career and Education

Amnuayporn Laddakornbhand is a technical specialist in the field of trademarks with a professional career of over 15 years in the legal services sector. She joined the founding partners of the Chavalit Law Group upon its establishment in 2005 from International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd. (ILCT) (Russin & Vecchi), where she had previously spent nearly 10 years gathering wide experience in the Intellectual Property Department. Prior to that, she was employed with the overseas trademark section of Tilleke & Gibbins International Ltd.
