Apichon Sutthiphongkait primarily practices real estate & property law, and construction law. He has advised and acted on behalf of investors, associations and enterprises - both international and domestic, on land and property law issues - particularly land ownership and leasehold, use and title transfers. He also regularly conducts land due diligence in Bangkok and other provinces within Thailand. He is equipped with skills necessary to deal with land offices and is familiar with the registration procedures of various land-related transactions. Besides handling works related to land and property law issues, he has also acted in both civil and criminal proceedings.
