Arnon Rungthanakarn is a young professional of excellent academic standing. He is presently focusing his energies on matters involving Thai corporate and company laws, including the laws and regulations governing public companies limited, private companies limited, company formation, obtaining regulatory approvals and a wide range of commercial agreements. He regularly assists and advises international and domestic clients on setting up a business presence in Thailand and related corporate governance matters.

Career and Education

Arnon Rungthanakarn joined Chavalit Law Group as a member of our Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in 2011. Having trained with Dharmniti Law Office Co., Ltd., he went on to work as an in-house legal counsel with Double A (1991) Public Company Limited, handling corporate and commercial matters, and international investment law.
