- preparing written advice;

- gathering the knowledge necessary for problem solving and applying the laws to fix client problems;
- being present at court hearings; and
- various tasks that may assist Chavalit Law Group’s lawyers in their duties.

We are happy to give the opportunity for foreign law students to undertake unpaid internships at our firm. If you would like to apply for an internship at our firm and you are a foreign law student, then please read the following requirements:
- You must possess a good understanding of written and spoken English, because you must be able to communicate in English at a level where you will be understood by attorneys and be able to perform basic research.
- Please apply at least nine months prior to the date you wish to start and inform us which areas of law are of interest to you.
- Your internship will be time consuming. Expect to devote a lot of time and energy to it.

The following eligibility criteria apply to both the local and foreign law student internship programs. Applicants must:
- possess a university degree or be in the final stages of their university studies;
- be proficient in English (local and foreign interns) and Thai (local intern), both written and oral. Knowledge of other languages is an asset; and

Interested applicants must submit the following documents, in English, to the program coordinator:
- a covering letter stating the reasons for applying;
- copies of university and other degrees/diplomas, and a list of courses taken; and
