Experience

Kerstin Winkler is a German Attorney-at-Law and an international business consultant mainly concentrating in the fields of international investments, including related  foreign business laws and the various investment promotions provided by the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI), mergers & acquisitions, commercial and company law, joint ventures and international trade. During her private practice both in Europe and Asia, she provided legal advice on cross-border transactions on top of general corporate and commercial issues to multinational as well as to domestic corporate clients. Recently, she acted as a consultant for projects to clients in the renewable energy, aerospace and pharmaceutical industries.

Career and Education

Kerstin Winkler is a member of Chavalit Law Group’s international business practice, joining in 2009. She attained and expanded her proficiency as foreign business consultant during her legal clerkship  with the global law firm Linklaters LLP in Frankfurt, Germany, as well as whilst practicing at an acclaimed international legal consultancy and business advisory firm in Bangkok. Previously, she trained with the Swiss-German Chamber of Commerce in Zurich and Linklaters Oppenhoff & Rädler in Cologne, Germany (now known as Oppenhoff & Partners).
