Pavinee Bunyamissara is a leading expert in Intellectual Property law with over ten years professional experience, specialising particularly in the fields of e-commerce and trademarks. She routinely advises major clients on matters relating to trademarks and patents registration, licence notices and agreements, as well as trademarks, patents, and licence infringements. Versatile and keen, she also assists with overseas trademark registration applications and acts as counsel, providing guidance to clients throughout IP litigation proceedings. She has consistently been consulted with and worked on cases involving electronic trade and commerce, and domain name registrations.

Career and Education

Pavinee Bunyamissara has been with Chavalit Law Group since its inception in 2005 and continues to practice as an exemplary attorney in our intellectual property practice. She was previously an indispensable member of the IP team at International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd. (ILCT) (Russin & Vecchi) and, prior to that, served as in-house legal counsel for private firms in the trading and telecommunications sectors. Pavinee Bunyamissara is experienced and well-trained in the safe operation of electronic businesses, and is qualified to practice in information technology and communications.
