Experience

Narisa Pongpaiboonsiri is an experienced professional, particularly with regards to corporate laws governing limited liability companies and partnerships, stock corporation, company formation and conversion, corporate contracts, as well as other general matters of company business operations concerning issues of rights and duties of company directors and shareholders. Her daily practice focuses on regularly assisting international and domestic clients on business organisation, business incorporation matters and handling related casework, including:

  • preparing and compiling company’s corporate documents;
  • providing legal advice on the process of company incorporation through company dissolution; and
  • assisting and advising on the applications for a foreign owned company to obtain a foreign business licence or foreign business certificate, as well as investment promotion under the scheme of the Board of Investment of Thailand.

Career and Education

Narisa Pongpaiboonsiri first joined Chavalit Law Group as a member of our corporate & commercial practice group in 2009. In 2010, she left to pursue further legal education and completed her Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). After graduating in 2011, Narisa Pongpaiboonsiri resumed an associate position in our corporate & commercial practice group. She had previously trained with International Legal Counsellors of Thailand Ltd. (ILCT) (Russin & Vecchi).
