Experience

Phatranit Bunbanyen is an associate currently practicing corporate and commercial law, with  a focus on business incorporation and operational compliance, corporate reorganisation and restructuring, and all relating contracts pertaining to such. Having spent over five years in professional practice, Phatranit Bunbanyen is well experienced in a multitude of areas, including the drafting, advising on, and negotiating of, various commercial contracts for several types of goods and services - including agreements for leases of land and property, hire of services, financial services and guarantyships. Additionally, Phatranit Bunbanyen deals with Thai consumer protection laws. She also works closely with the litigation & arbitration team, regularly assisting on civil litigations involving commercial agreements and employment disputes.

Career and Education

Phatranit Bunbanyen joined the corporate practice of Chavalit Law Group in 2010. She attained her expertise whilst working as a lawyer for an acclaimed domestic law firm and national leasing company in Bangkok. She was also previously employed for two years with the Office of the Board of Consumer Protection.
